Corresponding Author Requirements for NJES Submissions
02-12-2025To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professional communication, Al-Nahrain Journal for Engineering Sciences (NJES) announces the following requirements for all manuscript submissions:
- Official Institutional Email Requirement
All manuscripts submitted to NJES must list a permanent, official, institutional email address for the corresponding author. Submissions using personal or temporary email accounts will not be accepted.
- Post-Graduate Student Submissions
For manuscripts prepared by post-graduate students, the primary academic supervisor must serve as the corresponding author. This ensures proper oversight, accountability, and adherence to NJES publication standards.
These requirements are implemented to enhance the credibility of scholarly communication, streamline editorial correspondence, and reinforce the journal’s commitment to research excellence.

APC - New Article Processing Charge
02-12-2025Announcement to Authors of Al-Nahrain Journal for Engineering Sciences (NJES)
We would like to inform our esteemed authors that, effective 1 January 2026, the Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission will be as follows:

For local (Iraqi) authors:
300,000 IQD per manuscript. -
For non-Iraqi authors:
100 USD, or the equivalent amount in Iraqi Dinars at the time of payment.
Payment can be made through Al-Rafidain Bank using the Qi Services App to the following account number: 9990044266.
Alternatively, authors may transfer the fees via bank transfer to the following IBAN: IQ06RAFB098010008103437.We appreciate your continued support and contribution to Al-Nahrain Journal for Engineering Sciences.
