How to submit a manuscript

  • On our website (https://nahje.com), click on (submission info) on the upper part of the screen.

 

  • When the following page appears, press (register) if this is your 1st time publishing with NJES. Otherwise, you can log in to your account and proceed to the next step.

 

  • Before you start uploading your manuscript, please be certain to read through the authors’ guidelines and follow the requirements of NJES and its template provided on our website when typesetting your paper. 
  • Press (make a submission) on the window which shall appear right underneath (submissions) on the screen

 

 

  • The following page shall appear:

 

  • You need to follow the instructions and fill the required fields in this page with your manuscript’s title. Then choose which field of engineering is covered in your paper.

 

  • Check the required boxes and follow the instructions to start submitting your paper.

 

  

  • When you press (begin submission), the following page shall appear with your paper’s number in the system along with your last name and paper title. Keep these noted for your future communication with NJES regarding your submitted paper.

  • The keywords in this section should start with the general field of your paper (i.e. biomedical engineering, civil engineering, or architecture, etc.) then you can insert your paper’s keywords. If the system does not accept those, please keep to the general and specific field of your field.

 

  • Finish this phase by copying and adding your abstract and references then press continue.

 

  • Add your paper and be certain to choose (article text) as the type of file you are adding, then continue.

 

  • If you are the sole and only author of the submitted paper, you may proceed with this page as it is. However, if you have other contributors on this paper, please be certain to add them by pressing (add contributor). The following page shall appear and you can fill the requested information for each of the contributors one by one. Please be certain to save each contributor before you add another one.

 

 

 

 

  • The next page will require you to state all the agencies that you have collaborated with in conducting your research such as labs, universities, hospitals, companies, etc. If none applies then you may just write (none) in this field.

 

 

  • If you have any notes or comments to NJES editor, you may use this field to convey them.

  • Finally, click on the copyright agreements box then press submit to complete your submissions.
