Article Processing Charge

Effective 1 January 2026, the Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission will be as follows:

• For local (Iraqi) authors:
  300,000 IQD per manuscript.
  An initial payment of 100,000 IQD is required upon submission for plagiarism screening and Phase I processing.
  The remaining 200,000 IQD is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript.

• For non-Iraqi authors:
  100 USD, or the equivalent amount in Iraqi Dinars at the time of payment.

Payment can be made directly at the NJES office at the College of Engineering, or through Al-Rafidain Bank using the Qi Services App to the following account number: 9990044266.
Alternatively, authors may transfer the fees via bank transfer to the following IBAN: IQ06RAFB098010008103437.
