Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support the costs of open access publishing, peer review management, and archiving, Al-Nahrain Journal for Engineering Sciences (NJES) levies an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Fee Structure

  • For Local (Iraqi) Authors

    • Total Fee: 300,000 IQD per manuscript.

    • Submission Phase: An initial payment of 100,000 IQD is required upon submission. This non-refundable fee covers plagiarism screening and Phase I administrative processing.

    • Acceptance Phase: The remaining 200,000 IQD is payable only upon the formal acceptance of the manuscript.

  • For International (Non-Iraqi) Authors

    • Total Fee: 100 USD (or the equivalent amount in Iraqi Dinars at the time of payment).
